New yacht in the This is MED fleet! Maiora 24 was built in 2002 and refitted in 2019. It’s ready for you to embark on its 24 meters of pure luxury! Step aboard this unique vessel and experience the most exclusive views on the high seas in complete comfort. General conditions
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- 50% at the time of confirmation
- Remaining 50% 1 week before the charter
In case of payment by bank transfer, it can be made up to 72 hours before the charter. After this period, payment can only be made by credit card, debit card, or cash.
If the transfer has NOT yet been credited to our account prior to boarding, as a security deposit, the lessee must pay the total amount again by credit card, debit card, or cash. Once the transfer is credited, we will proceed with the refund of the deposit.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Med Travel Ventures S.L. agrees to provide services on the day and time specified in the contract, previously agreed by both parties.
Med Travel Ventures S.L. is obliged to fulfill the contract as long as payments are 100% completed in time and manner as indicated in the payment conditions.
In case of not being able to comply with the boarding time previously agreed for the company's OWN REASONS, Med Travel Ventures S.L. commits to extending the navigation for the time it took to start the event. If not possible, Med Travel Ventures, S.L. will only be responsible for the refund of the proportional part of the boat rental that was not carried out and is not responsible for any other financial compensation.
In case of not being able to comply with the boarding time previously agreed for reasons OUTSIDE the company's control, Med Travel Ventures S.L. will not be obliged to extend the navigation or refund any sum of money to the lessee.
Given the situation of port, police, customs inspections or any other type of authority, in the port or at sea, Med Travel Ventures S.L. is not responsible for possible expenses or fines for not meeting the requirements to navigate by the lessee, nor is it responsible for the time taken by the authorities for the inspection.
Med Travel Ventures S.L. has insurance for each vessel against collisions, fire, and third-party damage. The lessee will be covered as long as they respect and comply with the legal requirements of the contract and do not act with negligence.
The lessee and their companions agree not to commit any type of illicit act against Spanish laws. If committed, the lessee will be the only one responsible before the authorities.
The captain will be in charge of correct navigation and execution of the service so that the lessee can fully enjoy the charter. The lessee may suggest possible plans and routes, but the final decision will ALWAYS be the captain's, as they are the expert and responsible person.
The captain has the authority and power to cancel the charter at any time during the rental if the lessee and/or their guests do not behave properly, cause damage, or put the safety of the group on board at risk.
Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by the client:
- More than 65 days before the charter: 100% refund.
- Between 64 and 30 days before the charter: 50% refund.
- Between 29 and 8 days before the charter: 25% refund.
- No refund is allowed for cancellations during the 7 days prior to the charter.
Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions:
If it is impossible to carry out the previously agreed route due to bad weather, we will propose an alternative route according to the needs of the event.
To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and safety, THIS IS MED reserves the right to cancel the charter activity/event only when the Port Authorities close the port to incoming and outgoing traffic due to adverse weather conditions (We refer to: heavy rain, wind, hail, and/or sea conditions that endanger the vessel, the guest, or the crew).
Under these circumstances, This is MED's policy is to allow the client to choose another day for the activity or give a 100% refund of the nautical activity, EXCEPTING other previously contracted services, such as catering and bar services. In case of having contracted activities, the cancellation policy for third-party services will apply for certain activities (such as: jetskis, parasailing, water toys, live music, fishing, eco golf, private photographer, private chef, masseur, etc.)
