The day begins with a sail along Barcelona’s stunning coastline, where you can let yourself be inspired by the Mediterranean breeze. Different teams will be formed, and each will be assigned a different sailboat, encouraging interaction and icebreakers among the participants during this initial part of the activity. While sailing, we’ll use the time to create recipes and plan the ingredients we’ll buy later at a local market.

Our next destination is the famous Santa Caterina Market, where you’ll experience the true authenticity of Barcelona. Here, you and your team will shop, selecting the finest fresh ingredients from the area.

Next, we’ll head to the Collserola mountain range, located near the city. Each team will receive aprons and all the necessary utensils to begin the exciting culinary competition.

At the end, both teams will gather around the table to taste the dishes they’ve prepared. A panel of expert judges will evaluate the results and crown the winning team of this unforgettable culinary experience.
